As much as I love to end each day with a glass of wine (or four), I also love to jazz it up a bit on occasion! Sometimes I experiment and make the recipes up myself, and sometimes I just outright steal them. Please note that I personally sell many of the wines featured on this page. This is one of the ways I am able to bring you this blog and keep my own cellar filled with vino! There, happy FTC? Big Brother Bastard!
This page will grow as I add more recipes I think are worth sharing.
In the meantime, what is your favorite sangria recipe? Please send it to me using the form at the bottom of the page and I might just add it to this page. Cheers!
Please note that the wines that I recommend for each recipe are not always available. This is why I try to recommend more than one for each. If you have questions, please contact me via the form at the end!

Wine Cosmo
1 bottle Fissata Sparkling Red Dessert Wine or Double Date Rose
3/4 to 1 cup Vodka (taste first) – Preferably a Raspberry Vodka or something similar
Juice of two limes
Lime slices/wedges – who really cares?
Optional – Raspberries
Combine first three ingredients in large pitcher. Float the slices/wedges and raspberries.
If you really want to be fancy, serve in a martini glass.
Blackberry Vodka Sangria
Great combo of blackberries and red wine!
1 cup fresh blackberries
1 cup water
3 tablespoons sugar (or more to taste)
1 bottle sweet red wine (such as Double Date)
½ cup Blackberry Vodka (such as Pinnacle)
orange slices, lime slices, and/or fresh blackberries
Place 1 cup blackberries, water, and sugar in small saucepan over high heat. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer about 10-15 minutes or until blackberries are very soft.
Strain liquid several times and discard fruit. Pour into pitcher. Add wine and vodka. Add orange slices, lime slices, and blackberries as desired. Cover and refrigerate at least a few hours but overnight is desired.
Serve over ice and garnish with additional fruit as desired.
Notes
TIPS: Adjust fruit, sugar, and wine as desired for personal taste. I used 1 orange (sliced), 1 lime (sliced), and about 1 cup of additional blackberries for the sangria before refrigerating.
SUBSTITUTIONS: Substitute extra orange or lime for the other.
White Wine Mojito

Oops. I think I left my comment as a message! Here it is: I love the second sangria recipe! I usually put the blackberries into the simple syrup recipe, too. I usually use brandy, but a flavored vodka sounds even better!
Wow this really kicks up my already favorite wine very much! Am so going to try this! Thank you! 🙂
Sounds interesting. I’m not a big drinker, but I love experimenting with different cocktails and liquors.
